Ingredients (4)

175.00 ml cooking liquid — pan juices from cooked turkey
40.00 ml flour
1.00 Litres stock — giblet
150.00 ml orange juice

Method:

Heat the pan juices. Add the flour and stir well. Cook for 2 minutes until golden. Add the stock and orange juice and bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Season to taste.
Makes: 1,3 litres
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
