4.00 murgpampoentjies
100.00 g feta cheese
2.00 potatoes
1.00 pineapple

Method:

Dreineer 2 blikke heelstuk tuna deeglik. Voeg 4 gerasperde murgpampoentjies, 100 g gekrummelde Feta-kaas en twee gerasperde aartappels by. Klits ‘n eier en roer by. Geur na smaak met sout, vars gemaalde swartpeper en vars suurlemoensap en meng. Vorm die mengsel in viskoekies met meelbedekte hande. Panbraai in verhitte olie tot goudbruin aan albei kante. Salsa: Sny ‘n pynappel in klein blokkies. Voeg ‘n avokado, in blokkies gesny, ook by en geur dit met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper en suurlemoensap. Roer 50 ml sojasous by asook ‘n hand vol koljanderblare. As jy wil, sny ook ?n rooi soetrissie in blokkies voeg dit by. Sit die viskoekies saam met die salsa voor.
