Ingredients (8)

2.00 spring onions — bunch, chopped
1.00 leeks — thinly sliced
45.00 ml oil
370.00 g tuna — chunks tinned in oil, drained
1.00 lemon juice
1.00 pasta — box instant lasagne kit
125.00 g cottage cheese — smooth
1.00 eggs — yolk only

Method:

1. Sauté spring onions and leeks in oil for 3 minutes. Add the tuna and lemon juice.
2. Prepare tomato and herb sauce according to pack instructions. Stir into tuna mixture.
3. Prepare cheese sauce according to pack instructions and mix in cottage cheese and the egg yolk.
4. Arrange layers of the tuna mixture and lasagne sheets in an ovenproof dish.
5. Top with cheese sauce and then bake uncovered at 180 ºC for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 10 minutes.
