Tuna lasagne

    bunches spring onion, chopped

    bunch leeks, thinly sliced

    tuna chunks in oil, drained
  • 1
    lemon, juice
  • 1
    box instant lasagne kit
  • 125
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 1
    egg yolk


1. Sauté spring onions and leeks in oil for 3 minutes. Add the tuna and lemon juice. 2. Prepare tomato and herb sauce according to pack instructions. Stir into tuna mixture. 3. Prepare cheese sauce according to pack instructions and mix in cottage cheese and the egg yolk. 4. Arrange layers of the tuna mixture and lasagne sheets in an ovenproof dish. 5. Top with cheese sauce and then bake uncovered at 180 ºC for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 10 minutes.
