Tuna fries

  • 2
    cans tuna, drained
  • 1
    chopped garlic clove
  • 1
    chopped chilli
  • 1
    whisked egg white
  • few chopped chives
  • 4
    thick slices of white bread
  • sesame seeds



Drain tuna and process with garlic, chilli and egg white to form a paste. Add chives. Spread the mixture on bread, pressing into the bread. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Shallow-fry until golden brown and crisp.
