4.00 tuna — fillet
20.00 ml peanut oil
50.00 ml soy sauce
15.00 ml chicken
1.00 baby cabbage

Method:

Braai 4 tuna-filette in 20 ml grondboontjie-olie teen hoë hitte vir 3-4 minute aan weerskante en geur met sout en varsgemaalde peper. Skep tuna uit die pan en laat bietjie afkoel. Giet 50 ml sojasous, 15 ml heuning en ‘n halwe suurlemoen se sap in die pan en roer saam met die pansappe. Plaas terug op plaat en laat dit vir ‘n paar minute prut. Stoom fyngekapte kool vir 2 minute, skep ‘n groot lepel vol op elke opdienbord en plaas ‘n tuna-filet bo-op. Bedruip met sous en garneer met uiespruite.
