Ingredients (10)

300.00 g pasta — shell
25.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
125.00 ml button mushrooms — halved
1.00 spring onions — a bunch, sliced
185.00 g tuna — tinned in water, shredded
105.00 g mussels — smoked
375.00 ml milk
50.00 ml butter
50.00 ml flour — cake
125.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated

Method:

1. Boil pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water for 10 to 12 minutes until al dente.
2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in frying pan and sauté mushrooms and spring onion for two to three minutes. Add tuna and mussels and heat through.
3. Drain pasta and add the tuna mixture. Toss to combine. Keep warm while you prepare the sauce.
4. Heat butter in a saucepan until melted. Add flour and cook for 30 seconds. Add milk gradually. Sir until thickened. Remove from the heat and add the cheese. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Serve tuna noodles drizzled with cheese sauce.
