  • dried meat (biltong)
  • coarse salt
  • water
  • ground nuts


Cook pieces of dried meat in salted water until soft. Remove and keep warm. Add ground nuts to the meat stock and stir continuously until a smooth sauce is formed. Return cooked dried meat to the stove and heat through to blend flavours.
