    radishes, thinly sliced

  • black and green grapes, halved and seeded

1. Spread 6 biscuits with butter, add slices of Brie and top with kiwi fruit. 2. Spread another 6 biscuits with butter and arrange crinkled slivers of Parma ham with stoned black olives on top. 3. Continue spreading biscuits, 6 at a time, and top with * folded salami slices and thin onion rings * soured cream and slivers of pickled herrings, dusted with paprika * a spreading of olive paste and slices of hard-boiled egg * peppered mackerel and radish slices * cottage cheese and grape halves or kiwi slices * shrimps and chopped chives 4. Arrange attractively on a platter or on several smaller trays, well spread out and serve to enliven the cocktail hour.
