Tomato with buffalo mozzarella and balsamic vinegar

  • 8
    medium tomatoes
  • 2
    balls fresh mozzarella - sliced into 8 slices
  • 20
    white balsamic vinegar
  • dash PnP salt and black pepper


Cut top off the tomato, and with a small sharp knife, cut the seeds out and stuff tomato with mozzarella.
Place on the fire and close the lid of braai if available, cook for 5 minutes.

Take off and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
