Ingredients

  • a few very ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1
    onion, sliced in rings
  • DRESSING
  • 125
    ml
    red wine vinegar
  • 125
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Arrange the tomatoes and onions in a glass bowl. Beat all the dressing ingredients together, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over the salad.
