Tomato, red, green and yellow pepper pizza topping

    peppers, red, green or yellow, seeded and chopped
  • 250
    onions, peeled and chopped
  • 15
    fresh marjoram, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 100
    mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Pizza dough base

1. Spread deep-pan pizza dough with tomato sauce. Mix together peppers, tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle on top of tomato sauce. 2. Season with salt, black pepper and herbs. Place cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 30 to 35 minutes.
