Ingredients (6)

250.00 g olives — black, pitted
100.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
50.00 ml lemon juice
2.00 tsp coriander — seeds, crushed
0.00 fresh sage — handful
2.00 tomatoes — peeled, deseeded and chopped

Method:

Heat the olives gently in the oil, and then squeeze in the lemon juice.
Remove from the heat and add the coriander and sage.
Finally stir in the tomato, and spoon over the cooked fish fillets.
Serve immediately.
