Ingredients (10)

500.00 ml flour — white bread
10.00 g dried instant yeast
5.00 ml sugar
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
190.00 ml milk — and water
410.00 g tomato and onion mix — tinned
10.00 salami — slices
1.00 green pepper — yellow, chopped
4.00 fresh chives — chopped
0.00 freshly ground black pepper — and cheddar cheese

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 °C and grease a 25 cm round pizza tray.
Sift together flour and salt, then add yeast and sugar.
Mix olive oil and warm milk, and add to flour mixture.
Mix to a soft dough.
Knead for 5 minutes on a lightly floured surface, cover with greased plastic and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
Knock dough down and roll out to make a round shape.
Place dough on a pizza tray, and spread with tomato and onion mix.
Arrange sliced salami and peppers on tomato and onion mixture, then top with sprinkled chives, black pepper and Cheddar cheese.
Bake for about 8 minutes or until crispy. Serve hot.
