Ingredients (4)

8.00 fruitcake — sliced
0.00 ice cream — vanilla fudge
100.00 g raspberries
65.00 ml chocolate — sauce

Method:

1. Spray a heavy-based frying pan with cook and bake. Toast fruit loaf slices lightly on both sides.
2. Place fruit loaf on individual serving plates, top with generous scoop of ice-cream, sprinkle with raspberries, cover with another slice of fruit loaf. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
