Ingredients (10)

5.00 ml fresh coriander
15.00 ml lemon grass — finely sliced
10.00 ml fresh chillies — minced
10.00 ml garlic — cloves, minced
10.00 ml fresh ginger — minced
45.00 ml lemon juice — or fresh lime juice
30.00 ml fish sauce
750.00 g prawns — shelled, deveined and cooked
0.00 lettuce — or cabbage
0.00 fresh mint

Method:

Combine coriander, lemon grass, chilli, garlic, finger, lime juice and fish sauce. Add prawns and mix well. Serve over lettuce or cabbage leaves, garnish with mint.
