Ingredients (8)

400.00 g lamb — deboned, strips
60.00 ml peanut oil — or vegetable oil
1 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
40.00 ml oyster sauce
20.00 ml fish sauce
5.00 ml sugar
1 red chilli — deseeded, sliced
125.00 ml fresh mint

Method:

In a wok or large pan heat the
oil over high heat. Stir-fry the
meat for 2 minutes or until
nearly browned. Add the garlic,
oyster and fish sauce, sugar and
chilli and stir-fry for 2 minutes
more or until the meat is done.
Stir in the mint and serve
immediately with white rice.
