    garlic clove
  • 5
    ml
    mustard seeds
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    chilli powder
  • 5
    ml
    cayenne pepper
  • 5
    ml
    paprika
  • 3
    ml
    coriander
  • 3
    ml
    ground cumin
 

Method

 

Crush garlic clove and mustard seeds in a mortar. Add salt, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, coriander and cumin. Mix well to obtain a dry mixture. Rub into pork chops and pan-or ovengrill or cook over the coals until done. Do not overcook.
