Ingredients (8)

125.00 ml teriyaki sauce
1.00 avocado — large, cubed
1.00 papaya — cubed
30.00 ml sweet chilli sauce
4.00 tortillas — small, warmed
relish — and sour cream, to serve
300.00 g beef — cubed
8.00 small kebab sticks

Method:

Thread beef cubes on kebab sticks. Pour over the sauce. Stir-fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until beef is cooked and lightly browned. Mix together avocado, pawpaw and chilli sauce in a bowl. Serve kebabs with tortillas, relish and sour cream.
Serves 4.
