Teriyaki baked fish

  • 4
    x 200 g fish fillets (salmon, tuna or yellowtail)
  • 150
    good-quality Teriyaki sauce
  • 2
    limes, the juice
  • 2
    whole limes, halved


Place fish in a shallow oven-to-table dish.
Mix Teriyaki sauce and lime juice together and pour over fish.
Marinate for an hour, if time allows.
Place in a preheated 220 °C oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of your fillets.
Serve with basmati or jasmine rice and a portion of steamed vegetables.
