Tasty ideas with avos: sauce

    small onion
  • 2
    tomatoes, peeled
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 15
    fresh coriander leaves
  • 2
    ripe avocados
  • 10
    lemon juice
  • salt and pepper


Coarsely chop the onion, tomatoes and green pepper in a food processor. Add coriander leaves, avocados, peeled, stoned and cubed, lemon juice, and salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix to form a thick sauce and serve with meat, fish, salads, or in tortillas and pittas. Add smooth cottage cheese and serve as a dip.
