    fish roe
  • 4
    slices white bread (crusts removed)
  • 1
    finely chopped onion
  • 100
    olive oil
  • 50
    lemon juice
  • freshly ground white pepper to taste


Blend the fish roe, bread and onion in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Slowly add the olive oil and lemon juice while the machine is running.
Season with freshly ground white pepper to taste.
Serve as part of a Meze platter.
