50.00 ml cumin — ground
50.00 ml coriander — ground
5.00 ml cinnamon — ground
5.00 ml cloves — ground
25.00 ml chillies — powder
25.00 ml ginger — ground
25.00 ml turmeric — ground
25.00 ml garlic — dried, ground
5.00 ml nutmeg — ground
25.00 ml salt
250.00 ml yoghurt — natural
15.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Mix together first 10 ingredients.
Mix 20 to 30 ml of this spice blend with the yoghurt and lemon juice.
Use as a marinade for lamb, chicken, fish or vergetables.
Makes one small jar
