    ground coriander

    ground cinnamon
  • 5

    ground cloves

    ml
    chilli powder
  • 25
    ml
    ground ginger
  • 25
    ml
    ground turmeric
  • 25
    ml
    ground dried garlic
  • 5
    ml
    ground nutmeg
  • 25
    ml
    salt
  • 250
    ml
    natural yoghurt
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
 

Method

 
Mix together first 10 ingredients.
Mix 20 to 30 ml of this spice blend with the yoghurt and lemon juice.
Use as a marinade for lamb, chicken, fish or vergetables.
Makes one small jar
