Ingredients (3)

1.6 kg carob
240 ml honey
800 ml tahini

Method:

Melt carob chunks over double boiler. Remove from heat and add honey. Mix well. Add tahina and mix well.

Pour mixture into non-stick baking tray. Allow to settle for 20 minutes before placing it in the refrigerator until set (1 – 2 hours).

Slice into squares and serve.
