Ingredients (10)

150.00 g pasta — tagliatelle
50.00 ml butter
15.00 ml oil
250.00 g button mushrooms
2.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
100.00 ml wine — white
30.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
salt
freshly ground black pepper
parmesan cheese

Method:

Cook the pasta in rapidly boiling water until just done. Drain and keep warm over simmering water.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the oil. Sauté the mushroom and garlic until done.
Add the wine and parsley, season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Serve with pasta and Parmesan cheese.
