Ingredients (10)

30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
12.00 prosciutto — or Black Forest ham, sliced
50.00 g pine nuts — toasted
250.00 ml peas — fresh
500.00 ml spinach — chopped
400.00 g pasta — tagliatelle, cooked al dente
45.00 ml pesto — basil
salt
freshly ground black pepper
parmesan cheese — freshly grated

Method:

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add ham and cook for a few minutes. Add pine nuts, peas, spinach, pasta, pesto, and season. Top with grated Parmesan.
Serves 4.
