Tagliatelle with prosciutto, pine nuts and Parmesan

    slices prosciutto or Black Forest ham
  • 50

    pine nuts, toasted
  • 250
    ml
    peas
  • 500
    ml
    spinach, chopped
  • 400
    g
    tagliatelle, cooked al dente
  • 45
    ml
    basil pesto
  • salt
  • freshly milled black pepper
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 

Method

 
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add ham and cook for a few minutes. Add pine nuts, peas, spinach, pasta, pesto, and season. Top with grated Parmesan. Serves 4.
