Ingredients (9)

250.00 ml bulgar wheat — ground
125.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
125.00 ml fresh mint — finely chopped
2.00 tomatoes — peeled, diced
4.00 spring onions — finely chopped
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
5.00 ml sumac
45.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
45.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Soak the bulgar in water for 2 – 3 hours and drain well.
Mix parsley and mint with the tomatoes and spring onions.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss well and serve the salad as an appetiser or snack.
