Ingredients (8)

1.00 eggs
170.00 g cream
15.00 ml flour — cake
15.00 ml sugar
2.00 ml salt
250.00 ml sweetcorn — cooked
410.00 g sweetcorn — creamed
60.00 ml butter

Method:

1. Beat egg and cream together and add flour, sugar and salt. Mix well, then stir in corn kernels and sweetcorn.
2. Place butter in a pie dish and leave in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes until melted and sizzling.
3. Pour corn mixture into pie dish with sizzling butter and bake for about 45 minutes, until golden and set. Serve hot or cold.
