    almond milk
  • 1
    large banana (frozen for a cold milkshake)

    honey/ agave/ maple syrup/ pitted dates to sweeten
  • 1/2
    tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1
    vanilla pod
  • 5
    Brazil nuts
  • 1
    Tbs
    hemp protein powder
  • 1
    handful goji berries
  • 1
    Tbs
    maca powder
  • 1
    Tbs
    green powder
  • 3
    Tbs
    raw cacao powder/ beans/nibs
  • 1
    pinch Himalayan rock salt
  • 3cm wedge fresh aloe ferox
  • 1-2
    Tbs
    coconut oil

Blend everything in a blender. Pour into a flask and enjoy throughout the day.
