    grated lemon rind
  • 10
    chopped fresh fennel
  • 1
    packet instant garlic and herb sauce mix
  • 4
    fish fillets
  • oil for frying


Add lemon rind and fennel to the instant sauce mix, prepared according to packet instructions. Serve over freshly grilled or fried fish fillets or mix in a 185 g can of drained tuna and serve with pasta.
