Method:

Vitamin C has an enormous protective role in our system. It’s a super detoxer, help keep our skin and gums healthy while fighting free-radicals in our system.

Combine all the goodness of Vitamin C rich fruits like kiwi’s, guavas and strawberries in this delicious super C fruit salad. Make sure your fruits are nice and chilled before slicing them into a salad so it won’t go soggy in the lunch box. Also make sure you cut the fruit into large sections.

Add this healthy bran muffin that is low in sugar and high in fibre to the lunch box for something extra.
