Ingredients (8)

400.00 g pasta — linguine
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
2.00 yellow pepper — sliced
8.00 olives — black, pitted and sliced
3.00 tomatoes — chopped
1.00 sun-dried tomatoes — marinated
40.00 ml fresh basil — shredded
150.00 g feta cheese — cubed

Method:

1. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions until al dente.
2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a saucepan and sauté yellow peppers until soft. Add olives, tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and add basil and seasoning to taste. Mix into hot drained pasta. Add cheese and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
