Ingredients (8)

1.00 lettuce
750.00 g pork — or lamg, cooked, leg
2.00 carrots — scraped and julienned
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and diced
DRESSING
125.00 ml yoghurt — plain
60.00 ml mayonnaise
15.00 ml lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Arrange the lettuce leaves on a pretty platter. Arrange the meat slices on the leaves with the carrot strips between them. Sprinkle with diced green pepper. Blend the dressing ingredients well and pour over the salad just before serving. Serve the remaining dressing with the salad in a separate glass bowl.
