Summer oysters

    fresh oysters, shucked
  • 1
    red onion, halved and sliced very finely
  • 6
    radishes, sliced into very thin matchsticks
  • 2
    raw beetroots, sliced into very fine matchsticks
  • 80
    red wine vinegar


Top each oyster with onions, radish and beetroot. Pour over a little red wine vinegar and slurp immediately.
