Ingredients (5)

36.00 oysters — fresh, shucked
1.00 red onion — halved, thinly sliced
6.00 radishes — sliced into very thin matchsticks
2.00 beetroot — raw, sliced into matchsticks
80.00 ml vinegar — red wine

Method:

Top each oyster with onions, radish and beetroot.
Pour over a little red wine vinegar and slurp immediately.
