Ingredients (9)

2.00 peaches — stoned, sliced
2.00 nectarines — stoned, sliced
1.00 banana — peeled and sliced
1.00 apples — sliced
100.00 g grapes — black and green
100.00 g icing sugar — for dusting
30.00 ml brandy
30.00 ml lemon juice
250.00 ml champagne — or sparkling wine

Method:

1. Combine all fruits in a mixing bowl. Dust with icing
sugar to taste.
2. Moisten with brandy and lemon juice, toss and chill.
3. When ready to serve, transfer the fruit to a serving bowl
and pour the champagne over.
4. Serve with ice cream.
