Ingredients (11)

1.00 bread — sourdough loaf
6.00 ham — slices
6.00 salami — Italian, sliced
6.00 pastrami — slices
50.00 g olives — pitted, halved
30.00 g capers — roughly chopped
30.00 g gherkins — diced
20.00 g fresh parsley — chopped
15.00 g fresh chives — chopped
150.00 g cream cheese
2.00 ml freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Remove both ends of the loaf and hollow it out, leaving a crust about 1,5 cm thick all round.
Place the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Spoon the filling into the hollowed-out loaf. Wrap tightly in clingfilm and chill.
To serve, unwrap the loaf, slice and arrange on a serving platter.
Serve with a spoonful of red onion marmalade.
