Stuffed cherry tomatoes

Stuffed cherry tomatoes

Time 10 + 2 hours for chilling


  • 12
    red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1
    can shrimps, drained
  • 30
  • 30
    sour cream
  • 5
    tomato sauce
  • dried dill
  • salt and pepper


Slice off the tops of the cherry tomatoes.
Reserve the lids and scoop out the seeds.
Blend the shrimps with the mayonnaise, sour cream and tomato sauce.
Season with dried dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the hollowed-out tomatoes with the shrimp mixture and replace the lids.
Chill for about two hours before serving.
