Stuffed bread rolls

    crisp rolls
  • 15

    red pepper

  • 2
    cloves garlic
  • 200
    grated mozzarella cheese
  • 200
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 200
    tuna chunks
  • 60
    chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper


45 minutes
Slice tops off bread rolls and set aside. Scoop out centre of each roll, leaving a shell.
Heat oil and sauté red pepper and onion until soft. Add the garlic and sautT; for a further 3 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
Combine the cheeses, tuna, sautéed vegetables, parsley, salt and pepper.
Spoon the mixture into the roll shells and replace the lids.
Wrap the filled rolls tightly in foil and place on a baking tray. Place in a preheated oven at 180 ºC and bake for 45 minutes.
Lift off the lids and stir the filling until creamy. Replace the lids and serve.
