1.00 bread — small French loaf
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
anchovy paste — little
2.00 tomatoes
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and diced
90.00 g olives — black, pitted and halved
60.00 g capers

Method:

Halve the French loaf lengthwise and remove the soft part of the bread. Brush the inside with olive oil and spread with a little anchovy paste. Arrange the tomato slices on the bottom section.
Mix the remaining ingredients, spoon on top of the tomato slices, cover with the top half of the loaf and serve.
