Stuffed French loaf

    small French loaf
  • 30
    olive oil
  • little anchovy paste
  • 2
    tomatoes, sliced
  • 1
    green pepper, seeded and diced
  • 90
    black olives, seeded and halved

Halve the French loaf lengthwise and remove the soft part of the bread. Brush the inside with olive oil and spread with a little anchovy paste. Arrange the tomato slices on the bottom section. Mix the remaining ingredients, spoon on top of the tomato slices, cover with the top half of the loaf and serve.
