100.00 g	butter
250.00 g	marshmallows
150.00 g	puffed rice — strawberry flavoured

Method:

Place butter and marshmallows in a saucepan and heat over a medium heat until melted.
Remove from the heat and add the puffed rice. Stir well until well coated.
Spoon mixture into a greased 30 x 20 cm baking tin and press down until smooth and firm.
Set aside to cool, then cut into squares.
