Ingredients (6)

1.00 instant pudding — strawberry cheesecake mix
200.00 g sugar
decoration — GROUPING
2.00 apples — red, sliced
grapes — black
fresh mint

Method:

1. Add cheesecake mix to 300 ml cold water. Beat until well mixed and smooth and divide between 6 ramekins. Place in fridge to set.
2. Place sugar in a heavy-based saucepan and dissolve over a low heat without stirring. Tilt the pan from side to side to make sure that the sugar colours evenly.
3. As soon as the syrup is a pale caramel colour, pour over the back of a spoon onto the chilled strawberry filling to give a thin layer. Leave to set.
4. Serve decorated with thinly sliced apple and a sprig of mint.
