250.00 g strawberries
60.00 ml wine — sweet marsala
45.00 ml sugar
60.00 ml cream cheese
30.00 ml honey
125.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped

Method:

1. Set aside a few perfect strawberries for the garnish. Hull and slice the remaining berries. In a medium bowl, gently stir together the sliced strawberries, marsala and sugar. Set aside to macerate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the cream cheese and honey until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
3. Spoon the strawberries and their juice into 4 dessert bowls and top with a dollop of the honey cream mixture. Garnish with remaining strawberries.
