A quick and simple pork stir-fry.

Ingredients (10)

350.00 g pork — cut into strips
125.00 g bacon — chopped
fresh chillies — 573
green beans
carrots — cut into strips
olives — pitted
green pepper — chopped
cherry tomatoes — halved
60.00 ml fresh mixed herbs
couscous — to serve

Method:

Stir-fry pork strips and bacon in olive oil until browned.

Add green pepper and halved cherry tomatoes.

Stir-fry until the vegetables are done but still crisp and brightly coloured.

Stir in herbs.

Serve immediately with couscous prepared according to packet instructions.
