Pork stir-fry with fresh herbs

  • 350
    pork strips
  • 125
    chopped bacon
  • olive oil
  • green beans
  • carrot strips
  • stoned olives
  • chopped green peppers
  • halved cherry tomatoes
  • 60
    mixed fresh herbs
  • couscous to serve


10 mins

Stir-fry pork strips and bacon in olive oil until browned.
Add green pepper and halved cherry tomatoes.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are done but still crisp and brightly coloured.
Stir in herbs.
Serve immediately with couscous prepared according to packet instructions.
