Ingredients (13)

500.00 g noodles — ribbon, cooked
600.00 g pork — cut into strips
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
30.00 ml oil
3.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 spring onions — chopped
3.00 carrots — strips
125.00 ml green beans — topped and tailed
125.00 ml brown mushrooms — sliced
2.00 yellow patty pans — sliced
YOGHURT SAUCE
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
125.00 ml yoghurt — plain
15.00 ml pesto — green

Method:

Drain the cooked ribbon noodles, drizzle with a little oil and mix. Season the pork strips with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat the oil and stir-fry the pork strips and garlic until the meat just begins to brown. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy. Add a little boiling water to prevent them from sticking to the pan.
Add the ribbon noodles and mix until heated through. Blend all the ingredients for the yoghurt sauce and stir into the noodle mixture. Remove from the stove plate and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
