Stilton and chive baked potatoes

  • Chives, chopped
  • 1
  • Milk
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1
    Stilton cheese, grated

Cook potatoes in microwave until they are done.
Slice off the tops of your potatoes and scoop out the insides.
Mash all your scooped out potato adding chopped chives, a knob of butter, a little bit of milk, a grind of pepper and a generous shaving of Stilton cheese.
Once done pipe or just put your mashed potato back into the skins.
Add a bit more cheese and grill in the oven for a few minutes.
