Ingredients (8)

16.00 lamb ribs
MARINADE
200.00 ml orange juice
125.00 ml marmalade — Seville orange
30.00 ml honey
120.00 ml soy sauce
45.00 ml lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed

Method:

MARINADE: Mix all ingredients together (you may find it better to heat them together for easier mixing, but this is not absolutely necessary).
Preheat oven to 200 ºC.
Wipe ribs with a damp cloth and place in a baking dish. Either brush ribs generously or pour marinade over and bake for 15 minutes.
Baste ribs liberally with marinade, reduce temperature to 180 ºC and bake for a further 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with a crisp salad and baked potatoes.
