Sticky chicken wings

    chicken wings
  • 125
    fresh lemon juice
  • 125
    soy sauce
  • 85
    smooth apricot jam, melted

    large onion, finely chopped and fried


Preheat the oven to 160 ºC (325 ºF). Arrange the chicken wings in a shallow ovenproof dish. Blend the remaining ingredients and pour over the wings. Marinate for an hour or longer. Roast for about one hour or until the chicken wings are cooked and golden brown.
