Ingredients (6)

60.00 ml butter
2.00 lemon — juice only
salt and white pepper — to taste
500.00 ml mayonnaise
500.00 g vegetables — blanched
paprika

Method:

Melt butter in a saucepan, add lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Stir in mayonnaise and heat to just below boiling point.
Place blanched vegetables on a serving platter or individual plates and top with sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately, as a side dish or starter.
