24.00 langoustine — or king prawns, steamed
DIPPING SAUCE
4.00 fresh chillies — chopped
2.00 garlic — cloves, chopped
5.00 ml fresh ginger — chopped
15.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
15.00 ml lemon juice
60.00 ml peanuts — crushed
15.00 ml sugar

Method:

Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Refrigerate until required, then serve with steamed langoustines.
