Ingredients (7)

20.00 ml sunflower oil
2.00 steak
10.00 ml flour — cake
200.00 ml wine — red
20.00 ml tomato paste
2.00 ml sugar
2.00 ml meat spice

Method:

Heat a heavy-based pan over high heat until the pan is hot.
Add the oil and tehn the steaks.
Cook for two minutes on each side until they are brown.
Reduce the heat to medium and sprinkle each side with flour.
Add the wine, tomato paste, sugar and spice to taste.
Stir well and simmer for two to five minutes, until the steaks are cooked according to your preference. Serve with potato wedges or baked potatoes and vegetables.
