Spinach with potatoes and peanut butter

    bunches spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1
    bunch spring onions, chopped
  • 4
    potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 15
    peanut butter
  • salt and pepper


1. Place spinach, spring onion and potatoes in a saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat until soft, about 15 minutes. 2. Add peanut butter, mix through, season to taste and mash all the ingredients together.
